Dave Morgan is the owner and master gold smith of Antero Jewelers here in Salida, CO.  Born just a short drive from Salida, Dave and his family are deeply rooted in our local community.  He began making jewelry when he was in college at the University of Southern Colorado and says that this is when he found his passion for the metal arts.  Over thirty years later he still finds joy in creating beautiful pieces in a variety of mediums.  Dave says his greatest delight is sitting down and creating a piece with whimsy and freedom.
